        Adult Leader Training

Adult leader training consists of basic leader training and leader specific training. Basic leader training is for all adult leaders regardless of position. Leader specific training is designed to present in depth information for a new leader in a specific leadership position such as Committee member or Assistant Scoutmaster.

To be considered fully trained you must complete basic leader training as well as leader specific training for your position.  If you are a Committee member, you must complete Basic Leader Training and Troop Committee Challenge.  If you are a Scoutmaster or Assistant Scoutmaster, you must complete Basic Leader Training, Scoutmaster Specific and Outdoor Leadership Skills.
