How to Sign Up
Fill in the sign up form below and click on the submit button. Both scouts and adults need to sign up.
Where
Our October outing will be to Camp Belzer in Lawrence, IN.
When
Leave Friday evening, Oct 18 and return Sunday, Oct 20. Meet behind the church between 5:30 and 6:00 pm. Estimated return to the church is at Noon on Sunday.
Cost
$28 for Scouts, $15 for Adults.
Required Documents
There are a couple of documents you will need to turn in if you want to go on the outing. You will need a permission slip and a health form.
If you turned in a health form for the March outing, you do not need to turn in another one. On the health form, only sections A and B need to be filled out. Neither of these require a doctor visit or signature.
Download the forms below, fill them out and bring them to one of the Troop meetings or bring them with you when we gather to leave for the outing.
