September 2013 Wright-Patterson AFB Camp Out Sign Up
How to Sign Up
Fill in the sign up form below and click on the submit button. Both scouts and adults need to sign up. This camp out is unique in that we have to pay a deposit 21 days in advance of the trip so sign up early. Sign up is closed to Boy Scouts. Webelos Scouts and Parents have until Saturday, August 31st to Register.
Where
Our September outing will be to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, OH.
When
Leave Friday evening, Sept 13 and return Sunday, Sept 15. Meet behind the church between 5:30 and 6:00 pm. Estimated return to the church is at Noon on Sunday.
Cost
$28 for Scouts, $23 for Adults.
Required Documents
There are a couple of documents you will need to turn in if you want to go on the outing. You will need a permission slip and a health form.
If you turned in a health form for the March outing, you do not need to turn in another one. On the health form, only sections A and B need to be filled out. Neither of these require a doctor visit or signature.
Download the forms below, fill them out and bring them to one of the Troop meetings or bring them with you when we gather to leave for the outing.

- You can download a permission slip here. Bring your completed Permission Slip with you Friday 9/13, but Register below by 8/31.
